What to bring for comfort

A simple checklist helps you feel settled from the first minute—especially for general movement awareness and comfort.

Non-slip socks (or bare feet)
Choose what feels stable for your practice.
A water bottle
Bring water for easy rehydration between gentle sets.
A yoga mat (if you have one)
If you’re new, we’ll help you get set up. For general comfort, aim for a mat that grips well.
Comfortable clothes
Breathable, stretchy layers make it easier to move through postures comfortably.
Optional: a small towel
Useful if you prefer extra grip or want to wipe hands.
Optional: a light resistance band
Helpful for supportive stretching and gentle strength work.
