COMFORT OPTIONS

Props that make it easier to feel supported

For general movement awareness and comfort, props help you keep space for your body while you practice beginner-friendly yoga and pilates.

Mat

A non-slip mat supports your hands, knees, or hips. Choose one that feels stable for stretching and gentle core work.

Bring a mat if you have one.
If you are unsure, we will help you set up.

Strap (optional)

A strap helps you reach without forcing. Use it to keep your shoulders relaxed and your range comfortable.

Use it when hamstrings or shoulders feel tight.
Keep your breath smooth and unhurried.

Block (optional)

Blocks bring the floor closer, so you can keep posture aligned without strain.

Great for seated folds, low lunges, and supported balance.
Use the height that feels steady, not maximal.
