2. Booking/enrollment and consumer information

By placing a booking/enrollment order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. You agree to comply with class rules and safety instructions. Before you place an order for online services, we provide the required consumer information in a form that allows you to identify the provider and understand the transaction. 3. Classes are educational, not medical care

Yoga and pilates classes are physical fitness and relaxation activities. They are not medical advice and do not replace consultation with a physician or other qualified healthcare professional. You are responsible for evaluating whether participation is suitable for you.

• You should consult a doctor before participating if you are pregnant, have injuries, or have any medical condition.
• Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, and seek appropriate medical care.
• The instructor may provide general guidance for beginner-friendly movements, but cannot diagnose medical conditions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, disrupt classes, interfere with other participants, or use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes. You may not provide false information during booking.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and attendance

Class schedules and related policies are shown during booking. Unless the booking page states otherwise, late arrival may reduce participation time. We may adjust schedules or cancel classes due to operational reasons. In such cases, we will communicate updated information where possible.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wickspirea (PE) and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in classes, including damages resulting from your failure to follow instructions, your health condition, or your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Ukrainian law.

7. Fitness-related risk notice

Participation involves inherent risks, including muscle strain and other physical risks. You accept responsibility for your choice to participate and agree to follow instructor guidance and safety instructions.

8. Personal data and cookies

If we collect personal data (for example, name, phone, email, or other answers you provide), we process it in compliance with Ukrainian personal data protection requirements, including where required obtaining consent or applying another lawful basis and providing privacy notices.
